In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Goddess Statues are your means to upgrade your overall health and stamina. Without them, you’ll never return to full strength (just think of all those hearts you had at the start of the game).

A returning feature from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, the Goddess Statues function in much the same way in its sequel.

By bringing the Goddess Statues four of your Lights of Blessing you receive as rewards for completing Shrines, you will get the choice of enhancing your heart or stamina gauge.

While the Kingdom of Hyrule may be vast, you’re thankfully never too far away from getting to a Goddess Statue when you are in need.
