Harley Quinn - Tara Strong
Tara Strong has been the voice of Harley Quinn for over a decade now, replacing the iconic Arleen Sorkin from Batman Arkham City onward. She also currently plays the role of Miss Minutes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
King Shark - Joe Seanoa
