Where to Find Stench of The Dead in Hogwarts Legacy
The only way to find Stench of the Dead is by defeating Inferi, the undead zombie-like creatures you'll find throughout various caves and tombs throughout Hogwarts Legacy's main story. The daunting element about fighting Inferi at first is that they're seemingly invincible.
However, as long as you hit them with a fire spell like Incendio or Confringo first, they'll be vulnerable to damage with no issues. However, if you want to fight some Inferi without waiting to find some through a quest, you'll find an Inferi lair to the northwest of the Hamlet called Keenbridge - in the South Hogwarts Valley Region.
