Mind Map Copies and WB Pump are two of the main items you need in Stellar Blade to complete the side quest, Looking at You. Aside from the Mind Map Copies, the WB Pump is a handy item in the game that you can use to self revive whenever you die during battle.

How to get Mind Map Copies
Mind Map Copies is a quest item in Stellar Blade that you can obtain from Sister's Junk store in Xion in exchange for 1,000 Gold.
You can also obtain them from the small bots found in the Wasteland area. To make things easier, I have shared the map location for it below:

How to get WB Pump
In Stellar Blade, you can obtain WB Pump via multiple sources depending on your game progress. At the beginning of the game, you can purchase one WB Pump from Sister's Junk in Xion in exchange for 1,500 Gold.
You get another WB Pump by completing The Scavenger's Story side quest, which you obtain from Kaya at Sister's Junk shop. That aside, I found the next WB Pump from a resource chest outside the memorial at the Survivor's Camp in Matrix 11.
As I played the game, I found a few more WB Pumps from scavenging and kept buying them from Kaya's shop. To restock them, increase your friendship with Kaya by purchasing items from her shop.
Get unlimited WB Pump
When it comes to the best way to hoard WB Pumps in Stellar Blade, I found that's near the end of the game when Kaya and others come to see you off before you head to the Elder Nytiba's location. You can buy unlimited resources, including WB Pump, at a discounted price during that time.
How to self-revive in Stellar Blade using WB Pump
When you have a WB Pump in your inventory, whenever you die during battle, you will get the option to self-revive by pressing the up button on the D-Pad.
You can only self-revive once during a particular battle. When you use the WB Pump, you will get revived at full HP.
