The Resident Evil 4 Separate Ways DLC adds Ada Wong's perspective to the Las Plagas outbreak, alongside the events of the main game.
During this, there are several collectable trophies/achievements available for anyone brave enough to try for them.

There are a total of seven trophies and achievements from the Resident Evil 4 Separate Ways DLC. Luckily, there are no missable trophies, although the DLC will require multiple playthroughs to collect them all.

Most of these trophies will naturally be achieved during your game. However, you'll need to complete one playthrough of the game on any difficulty first to unlock Professional Mode as well as the other Resident Evil 4 Separate Ways unlocks.
Ultimately, this means that you'll need to have completed the DLC at least twice to get all of the trophies/achievements.
