Resident Evil 4 Remake adds a lot of stuff that wasn't in the original game, ranging from a more horror-focused atmosphere to stealth mechanics. However, one of the biggest additions to the game is the extra content shop which is full of unlockable rewards, such as guns, costumes, and accessories.

How to unlock cat ears and get unlimited ammo
To unlock the cat ears, you will need to complete the Leon "S+" Kennedy challenge of finishing the main story on Professional difficulty with an S+ rank.
Professional mode is the hardest difficulty in the game, as it features no autosaves, a tighter parry window, fewer items, and tougher enemies.
This is one of the most difficult challenges currently in the game, and getting that coveted S+ rank is contingent on three factors:
- You must complete the game on a fresh save file, meaning you can't do this on New Game Plus.
- You must complete the game in under five hours and 30 minutes.
- You must have a total of fewer than 15 saves.
Hitting all of the above criteria will guarantee you earn the S+ rank, as it has no other requirements.
Once you complete the above challenge, you will be able to purchase the cat ears from the "Apparel" section of the extra content shop for 2000 CP. Luckily, the challenge rewards you with 3000 CP, so you should have no issues getting it.
After purchasing the cat ears, you can equip it from the "Extras" menu once you select "Main Story" and you will be given unlimited ammo.
