Where to find Totodile in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet's Indigo Disk DLC
The Hoenn region starter Totodile has returned in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet's Indigo Disk DLC, which means you can also add Croconaw and Feraligatr to your team.
Watch out, Totodile is about! If you can avoid its sharp teeth, this Water-type starter and its final evolution Feraligatr are great additions to your team in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet's Indigo Disk DLC.
If you're on a mission to collect all of the starter Pokemon from previous generations, you'll need to know where to find Totodile. This Hoenn-region creature is available in The Indigo Disk expansion, so we've got all the details you need to catch one and evolve it into Croconaw and Feraligatr.
Where to find Totodile in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet
Totodile is one of the rarest starter Pokemon in The Indigo Disk, as you'll only find it in two specific areas in the Savanna Biome. You can see those exact locations on the map below:
Before you can encounter Totodile, though, you'll need to donate 3,000 BP to the Terarium Club so they can study the Savanna Biome and increase the kinds of Pokemon you can find there - like Sobble and Rowlet.
You can do this via the computer in the League Club Room. Once you've donated, head to the Savanna Biome and search around the northern side. I found my Totodile swimming in the muddy water.
How to evolve Totodile into Croconaw
Totodile will evolve into Croconaw as soon as it hits Level 18. If your Totodile is already above this level, simply raise it by one stage and it will evolve right away.
How to evolve Croconaw into Feraligatr
Croconaw will evolve into Feraligatr as soon as it hits Level 30. There are no special evolution items required for this process.
If your Croconaw is already above Level 30, just raise it by one level and it will evolve automatically. You can speed this process up by using Exp. Candies or a Rare Candy if you're feeling impatient.
That's everything you need to know to find Totodile! Make sure you visit our Pokemon Scarlet & Violet homepage for more guides including the Tera Raid events schedule and the latest Mystery Gift codes.
