Along with the prizes you can get for passing each class and exam, you can get extra Scarlet & Violet rewards for chatting to teachers and maxing out your bond with them as well.

After each class, a new interaction with its teacher will become available via the entrance hall kiosk that will take you to their respective location within in the academy. As you talk to them, regardless of whichever answer you give to any questions they ask, each interaction will increase your bond with them a bit more.

Once you eventually max out your bond with each instructor in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, you'll be granted the following teacher rewards:
