July's PlayStation Plus games include Borderlands 3 & Crisis Core
The PlayStation Plus lineup for July has finally been announced, giving players a list of games they'll be able to dive straight into in the coming month.
Everybody loves it when the new PlayStation Plus games roll around, with new Essential titles to claim forever, and a bunch of hotly anticipated titles entering the PS Plus subscription library.
While some games will unfortunately leave the service, the addition of new experiences always gives you something to play, and I know I've discovered some of my favourite games in recent times through all three tiers.
All Essential PS+ games for July
- Borderlands 3 (PS4, PS5)
- NHL 24 (PS4, PS5)
- Among Us (PS4, PS5)
There have been more exciting lineups, but July's selection of games is nothing to scoff at. Borderlands 3 alone could take up your free time for the whole month, while Among Us is one of the most popular games in the world and a blast for any larger group of friends.
You can begin claiming these games on July 2, and have until July 1 to grab the games from the previous month.
Additionally, Genshin Impact players can download a special bundle on July 16, which features Primogens, Mora, and many more resources.

July is looking like one of the strongest months in recent memory for the Extra and Premium tiers, with a number of games that carry high interest - at least for me!
Crisis Core is the perfect game to play after this year's Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, or before it if you've not dived into the second part quite yet.
Additionally, Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord is the perfect game for any medieval enthusiasts out there, letting you role-play from the bottom in a mix of real-time combat and strategy.
You'll also be able to enjoy a plethora of new Classics titles, including the lovable Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters, and the rather unique SRPG adaptation of Jeanne d'Arc.
