  • There are a few challenges you can complete to earn some smaller cosmetic rewards for free

Blizzard has worked alongside car designer Porsche to bring a couple of themed skins to Overwatch 2 in a bizarre crossover event. Both D.va and Pharah have been given shiny new paint jobs that makes them both look as if they’ve come straight from the Porsche factory, if that’s your style.

You’ll need to shell out some cash if you want the hero skins in the game, but there are some goodies you can get for free if you take part in a limited-time event. I’ve listed all the details below.

How to get the D.va & Pharah legendary Porsche skins

If you want to unlock the Porsche hero skins for D.va and Pharah, you’ll need to cough up a fair bit of cash. They’re both available in bundles from the in-game store, with a mega bundle including all the available items for a slightly discounted cost.

Here are the prices of each Porsche bundle, as well as what they include:

  • Porsche Pharah Bundle - 2,300 Overwatch Credits
    • Porsche Legendary Skin
    • Porsche Flight Name Card
    • Porsche Pharah Player Icon
  • Porsche D.va Bundle - 2,500 Overwatch Credits
    • Porsche Legendary Skin
    • Test Drive Highlight Intro
    • Night Drive Name Card
    • Porsche D.va Player Icon
    • Sweet Ride Spray
  • Porsche Mega Bundle - 3,400 Overwatch Credits
    • All of the above

By my reckoning, it will cost you around £36 in premium currency if you want to purchase everything that the bundle has to offer.

All Overwatch x Porsche event challenges

There are seven challenges that you can complete during the associated event. Completing all of these will earn you a tonne of XP towards your Battle Pass, as well as a couple of small related rewards.

Here are all of the challenges you’ll need to complete and the rewards you’ll get for doing so:

  • Speeding Up: Earn a triple kill/assist or higher
    • REWARDS: Zero to Sixty name card, 10,000 XP
  • Porsche Driver I: Complete 10 games. Wins grant double the progress
    • REWARDS: 5,000 XP
  • Porsche Driver II: Complete 20 games. Wins grant double the progress
    • REWARDS: 10,000 XP
  • Porsche Driver III: Complete 30 games. Wins grant double the progress
    • REWARDS: 10,000 XP
  • Porsche Driver IV: Complete 40 games. Wins grant double the progress
    • REWARDS: 15,000 XP
  • Porsche Driver V: Complete 50 games. Wins grant double the progress
    • REWARDS: Porsche name card, 20,000 XP
  • Full Throttle: Contest/capture objectives for 500 seconds
    • REWARDS: Porsche Drift spray, 10,000 XP

All of the challenges are fairly straightforward, with the requirements falling in line with the sort of things you’ll be doing in matches anyway. The only two that you might need to think a little harder about are ‘Speeding Up’ and ‘Full Throttle’. If you make sure you’re concentrating on Eliminations and playing the objective, though, you should earn both of these in no time.

Overwatch 2 challenges and rewards for the Porsche limited time event

If you do want to have a crack at completing these challenges, you’d better get a wriggle on. The limited-time event is only running between May 14 and May 27. That’s less than two weeks to complete at least 50 matches!
