How to unlock Alejandro & Valeria Operators in MW2 & Warzone 2
Here's our guide for unlocking the Alejandro & Valeria Operators in Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2.
Season 3 of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 & Warzone 2 is finally here and the update is bringing a huge amount of content to both titles.
Whether it's the FJX Imperium sniper, the exciting BlackCell Battle Pass, or the new recruit-a-friend system, it's safe to say the devs are looking to knock it out of the park with the major patch.
Of course, as always, Season 3 comes with a new set of Operators to unlock in Alejandro & Valeria. So, whether you're on team Alejandro or Valeria, let's check out exactly how to unlock both Operators in WZ2 and MW2.
How to unlock Alejandro
In order to unlock the Alejandro Operator, you'll have to purchase the Season 3 Battle Pass or BlackCell, which includes the Battle Pass as part of the bundle.
The Season 3 Battle Pass on its own will cost the standard 1,100 CoD points. Alejandro will be unlocked via one of the tiers but for now, we do not know which one.
If you're curious who Alejandro is or just need a catch-up on his background in Call of Duty, the Season 3 blog provides a brief summary:
"Born and raised in Las Almas, Alejandro spent over a decade as a high-ranking member of Los Fuerzeas Especiales, the Tier 1 Mexican Army Special Mission counterterror unit. His unit, Los Vaqueros, is the only unit in the country authorized to work alongside international Special Operations Forces, including those at the CIA headed by station chief Kate Laswell."
How to unlock Valeria
The process for unlocking Valeria is exactly the same as Alejandro in Season 3 and will require you to purchase the Season 3 Battle Pass for 1,100 CoD points.
While the exact tier she'll be available is unknown for now, it's unlikely it will take you long to unlock her, especially if you purchase BlackCell for the Battle Pass tier skips.
Here's a brief summary of Valeria from the Season 3 blog:
"Also known as El Sin Nombre, with her true identity unknown to most in the Modern Warfare II universe, Valeria is a ruthless and cunning Operator who is unafraid to get her hands dirty and is always calm under intense pressure. Whether it is interrogating enemies or firing the first shot in a shoot-out, Valeria earns her cartel members’ loyalty every day through her incredible resolve and ability to plan ahead like a true criminal mastermind, all while recruiting more to her ranks with generous donations from the cartel’s coffers."
