The MW2 DMZ B21 Secure Cache key is found randomly during your adventures around Al Mazrah. The most common ways to gain the key is by killing enemies and looting them, finishing HVT contracts, or looting containers.
To find the Secure Cache itself, you will need to head toward the Sattiq Cave Complex on the left side of the map, north of Sai'id City. If you approach from the south, you will come to a winding road that leads up to village. As you head up, if you stick to the right side, you will find a side path that leads to the cache.
As always, you will need to be careful when approaching this area as there are plenty of AI foes either on the approach to the location or directly surrounding the area.
Your best course of action is to either approach with an armoured vehicle - both for speed and protection - or to jump in with a squad who can protect you.
