The MW2 DMZ Control Tower Conference Room Key can be found within the Al Malik Airport Point of Interest, on the southwestern side of the area.
Just below the runway, you should be able to see a set of three buildings. It is the middle building that you will be looking for to use the Control Tower Conference Room key.
