Monster Hunter Now players who pre-registered for the game can receive special rewards, but many are having issues doing so. Monster Hunter Now is the latest mobile game from Niantic, creator of Pokemon Go, who has now turned to the Capcom world of Monster Hunter for its latest game.
Pre-registration for the game promised players a handful of rewards, however, many have had trouble getting their hands on their items. Here's how to claim your pre-registration rewards in Monster Hunter Now.
How to get your pre-registration rewards in Monster Hunter Now
If you wish to claim your registration rewards, you must do the following:
- On the right side of the main screen, tap the Shop icon
- Scroll down to the Recommended tab, and go to Supply Items
- Find the pre-registration rewards there and press Claim
All players who installed the game and logged in before Monday, September 25, 2023, will be eligible for these rewards. This means new players will miss out, but all who have at least logged in before this date will be able to pick up these free items.
That said, the end date for claiming these items is Thursday, November 30, 2023. Be sure you have claimed your items before midnight on that date.

- 10 Potions
- 3 Paintballs
- 3 Wander Droplets
- Special Pre-order makeup
- Item Box Expansion (500 spaces)
- 3 Special Carving Knives
