How do you remove Challenge Tokens?
There are a few methods to remove all Challenge Tokens from your profile, but it can be a bit of a pain. We've outlined all of these below:
- First, some folks have reported that changing their League of Legends nickname has removed all tokens from their profile. If you really want to, you could change your name to remove all tokens, and then change it back
- Others have said that uninstalling and reinstalling the game has also reset their Challenge Tokens
- A simpler solution comes thanks to a GitHub user named Maciej Gorczyca, who has created an open-source program that removes your tokens for you. We wouldn't typically recommend downloading unofficial programs from the internet, but multiple sources have confirmed that this program is legitimate, and it works
One of the above solutions should help you deal with your League of Legends Challenge Tokens problem, and you'll have a fresh-looking profile to decorate.
What are Challenge Tokens in League of Legends?
Challenge Tokens are signifiers of challenges completed by a player. You earn them by completing challenges, and can then display up to three of them at a time on your profile. Here's the process for showing them on your profile:
- Select your avatar in the top right corner of the League of Legends launcher
- Select 'Tokens'
- Choose the Challenge Tokens you want to display
The only issue is that there is no option here to remove tokens from your profile. So, if you do not have enough tokens to replace the ones you do not want to show, or simply do not want to show your tokens at all, you are seemingly out of luck.
