How do you solve door puzzles?
If you’ve been exploring the corridors of Hogwarts Legacy, you’ve most likely noticed several doors with an arch around them. On this archway, you will find ten symbols of various creatures, along with a door that has two sets of numbers on it.
These numbers are set out in a triangle, with a large number residing in the middle. The key to the puzzle is figuring out what symbol belongs in the question mark for each equation. On the sides of the door are two switches you can interact with to change the symbol and changing both to the right ones will open the door.
For example, if a door has a 5 in the center of one of the triangles - with a 3 and a 0 in the circles surrounding it - you’ll want to find out which symbol relates to the number 2 so that all three numbers make up the central number.
Looking back at the archway, each mythical creature represents a number. The solution for discovering this is by examining the image of the beast. An example of this would be a spider that has eight legs, meaning it represents the number 8, whilst the unicorn has a single horn in place of the number 1.
An easier way of deciphering this is realizing that the numbers correspond from 0 to 9, as seen in the image below:
With that information in hand, you should be able to easily decipher any of these door puzzles in Hogwarts Legacy and reap the secrets that hide within.
