If you have a Personal Order to kill a certain amount of Hunters in Helldivers 2, you may want some help with finding the pesky bugs and claiming some extra medals to make use of.
Where to find Hunters
Hunters are a bug enemy found exclusively in the Terminid systems, which are the orange sectors on the Galactic War map found in your ship.
They spawn in on every difficulty level, and are noted by their pale carapace and orange flesh, especially their small orange wings that outstretch either side of their body. I've also pictured one above, so you know exactly what to look for.
Once you load into a mission against Terminids, the Hunters can typically be found in groups, leading patrols of other bugs, or surfacing as part of the first wave from a bug hole.
They're among the fastest enemies in the game, and can dodge your fire or just straight-up leap at you to overwhelm you during a fight, so it's worth taking them out quickly instead of running from them.
How to kill Hunters
Luckily, killing Hunters just requires you to pump them with a small amount of bullets, as they trade off meaningful protection for their extra mobility. Any weapon will do, and a few shots will put them down for good.
If you're taking them out as part of a Personal Order challenge, I recommend loading into a Medium or higher difficulty 'Eradicate Terminid Swarm' mission.
From under 10 minutes of playing just this one mission, I managed to kill 17 Hunters, putting a big dent into the challenge.
On bigger maps, you won't have trouble finding them either, as they'll be part of nearly any wave of enemies you need to fight off at objectives or at bug hives.
