Heists are missions in GTA Online that feature a series of setup sub-missions that eventually lead to a high-profit crime, each with its own different payouts. They are just some of the replayable content offered in GTA Online, letting players experience action-packed set pieces with their friends.

So, for a rundown of all the different Heists found in the game, alongside details on set-up and payouts, keep reading.

All Heists in GTA Online

At the time of writing, there are ten Heists in GTA Online that you can do. However, you'll need to make sure that you have the required number of players, buildings, vehicles, or facilities.

Of course, you'll also need to make sure you have enough money to finance the heist setup cost in the first place.

The Doomsday Heist

The Doomsday Heist in GTA Online introduced some significant changes to the already existing Heist system by adding Prep Jobs that must be completed in the Free Mode to unlock Setup missions.

Also, instead of being a single Heist, The Doomsday Heist is a three-act heist that you can unlock only when:

  • You are a CEO or VIP of any Organization or President of a Motorcycle Club
  • You own a Facility building

Once these scenarios are met, Lester will contact you and get you started with The Doomsday Heist.

That said, here are the three different acts under The Doomsday Heist that are unique Heists in themselves:

Heist Players Setup Cost Potential Take (Normal) Potential Take (Hard)
The Data Breaches 2-4 $25,000 $975,000 $1,218,750
The Bogdan Problem 2-4 $25,000 $1,425,000 $1,781,250
The Doomsday Scenario 2-4 $25,000 $1,800,000 $2,250,000

The Diamond Casino Heist

The Diamond Casino Heist is one of the most time-consuming Heists in the entirety of GTA Online, as it has 31 setup missions with three different scenarios, all leading to the final Heist that players can complete with two to four players.

Here are the setup cost and potential take for The Diamond Casino Heist in GTA Online:

  • Setup cost: $25,000
  • Potential take: $2,115,000 (Normal), $3,619,000 (Hard)

That aside, to begin the Heist, you must own an Arcade and complete the required Prep Jobs, as only then you can start with The Diamond Casino Heist.

The Cayo Perico Heist

The Cayo Perico is one of the best, if not the best, Heist in GTA Online as it introduces a new Island, Cayo Perico. There's also a strong plot and a unique set of characters that you get to meet during the action-packed events.

The entire structure and pacing of The Cayo Perico Heist is something straight out of a Hollywood movie. That's mainly because you can complete it with solo or up to four friends.

That said, here are the requirements, setup cost, and potential take for The Cayo Perico Heist in GTA Online:

  • Requirement: To unlock The Cayo Perico Heist, you must be a CEO/VIP/MC President and have a Submarine purchased.
  • Setup cost: $25,000
  • Potential take: $900,000 – $2,090,000

The Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid

There's a new Cartel on the block and they're running their operations out of a Cluckin' Bell factory in Paleto Bay. There are multiple different stages that'll have you stealing laptops with high-value information and boarding a freight train used to bring stuff to and from the factory.

You won't score anywhere near as much in terms of a reward for this heist compared to many of the others, but it is quite a bit easier and quicker to complete so it can be good if you're looking for something to farm. You will have to wait an hour after finishing a run to start again though, so it's not quite an unlimited money farm!

  • Potential take: $500,000 (Leader) / $50,000 (Associate)
    • $250,000 bonus for the first time you complete the heist as a Leader and Associate

All contracts in GTA Online

Apart from Heists, GTA Online also offers eight Contracts that play out similarly to Heists, where you do setup missions leading to the final events. These are:

  • The Agency Deal
  • The Bank Contract
  • The Data Contract
  • The E.C.U Job
  • The Lost Contract
  • The Prison Contract
  • The Superdollar Deal
  • The Union Depository Contract

That concludes our guide on all Heists in GTA Online. For more guides including the GTA Online weekly update, how to get Maude missions online, check out everything you need on our GTA homepage.
