This week sees one of the more confusing in recent memory, as it tasks players to follow encrypted messages to complete certain objectives - with the most mentally taxing is a mission to 'Inspect the Wall Beneath Eastern Building' in Fortnite.
It’s very vague and could leave you stumped, but thankfully, we have the solution to the quest, along with its successor in the game.
How do you inspect the wall beneath the eastern building?
In order to decipher the codes, you need to know the formula, but fortunately, it’s very easy, with each number corresponding to its letter in the alphabet. For example, A is 1 and B is 2. With that in mind, you will discover that the solution to the first code is AQWIN SSZAUF, which roughly translates to Anvil Square.
What you now need to do is visit a certain building, which is the one we’ve marked in the image below. In here, venture downstairs and interact with a newly added table to complete the inspect the wall beneath the eastern building quest.
The second part of the quest now asks you to spray at Split Bowls. It’s another code and works similarly to the inspect the wall beneath the eastern building quest, but to save you time, the location it’s asking you to visit is the Split Bowls bowling alley in Faulty Splits. If you’re struggling to find it, we’ve marked the location on the map below.
Once you’ve landed or travelled here, you’ll need to enter Split Bowls and spray a tag on the floor. If you haven’t done this before, it’s the same as using an emote, but you will have to cycle across to the emotes tab in order to perform the action.
After the floor has been spray-tagged, you will have completed the second part of this mission and fully completed the quest. With that achieved, you should receive a nice XP reward, along with a new spray tag to use.
