Fortnite Grapple Gloves are Chapter 3 Season 3's version of Spider-Man's Web Shooters. While not quite as potent as the Web Shooters, roaming the Island with this new Fortnite item is a blast. This guide will detail how Fortnite Grapple Gloves work and where to find them.
Where can you find the Grapple Gloves?
Scattered around the Island are structures called Grapple Stops. At Grapple Stops, you'll find purple Tool Boxes containing Grapple Gloves. Each Fortnite Grapple Stop is guaranteed to spawn one pair of Grapple Gloves, with a chance to spawn up to three sets of Grapple Gloves in total.
Visit one of the ten Grapple Stops on the Island to secure a pair of Grapple Gloves.

What are Grapple Gloves in Fortnite?
Fortnite Grapple Gloves function in a manner similar to the vaulted Spider-Man's Web Shooters. Players equipped with a pair of Grapple Gloves can use them to cover great distances by swinging through the air and shooting at different surfaces.
Grapple Gloves hold 30 charges in standard playlists but only ten in Arena playlists. Also, Grapple Gloves overheat after extended use. Upon landing, there will be a 3-15 second cooldown before you can unleash another shot from your Grapple Gloves.

How to swing 50 metes or more with the Grapple Glove without touching the ground
A Week 2 Seasonal Quest tasks Fortnite players with swinging 50 metres or more with the Grapple Glove without touching the ground. Traversing 50 metres with Grapple Gloves is a breeze, but you need to know how to use them to pull it off successfully.
Aim your Fortnite Grapple Gloves at tall points and objects to enhance your swings and generate the most distance and velocity. Trees, rooftops, and the like are perfect spots to attach your Grapple Gloves to.
While in the air, you can let the Grapple Gloves unhook, sending you flying in the direction you were aiming. Now, quickly send out a new projectile to attach to another surface and maintain your momentum. Once you get the hang of operating Grapple Gloves, swinging 50 metres or more without touching the ground will feel like nothing.
That about sums up Fortnite Grapple Gloves. Grab a pair of Grapple Gloves from any Grapple Stop and equip them for some high-flying action.
