There are a surprising amount of players to pick from other leagues though - with the SPFL possessing three options if you fancy taking a detour around Scotland.
The MLS is also a good choice, with four players able to bust out five star skills, but you'll be generally looking to the top leagues and some of the best players if you're wanting to build a full skilling team.
It is also likely that there will be more FIFA 23 5 star skillers added throughout the year too, as EA has in recent years decided to boost skill moves and weak foot as part of their special promo cards, but this might not happen until later in the cycle.
