Of course, this ranking is very much unique to me and my own preferences, so there might be something that doesn't work for me that is perfect for you. However, I'd very much recommend trying out everything in the S-tier though, as they emerged as essential equipment during my playthrough.

Every single one of these categories features weapon styles not seen before in the base game, giving you new ways to play and movesets to master.
How many new weapons are there?
It has been confirmed that at least 100 new weapons will be present within the DLC, which will certainly put a strain on the Smithing Stone market as I try to upgrade them all!
I've managed to find 64 new weapons currently, so there are definitely plenty that I've missed in my travels through the Land of Shadow.
