EA FC 24 Showdown Series SBC player predictions
While not strictly a new promo, Showdown Series in EA FC 24 is a super exciting way to engage with real-life matches, and we've some player predictions to see.

Some of the best cards in the game could be given through the upcoming Showdown Series, as EA FC 24 tasks its player base with guessing the winners of some of the biggest upcoming matches.
We've got huge games ahead of us in the coming weeks like Liverpool v Manchester City and Atletico Madrid v Barcelona, so what better way to celebrate it in-game than with some spicy live card matchups? I've laid out a list of my own predictions right here, so you can have an idea of which SBCs could be on their way.
All Showdown Series player predictions
Players | Match |
Conor Bradley / Oscar Bobb | Liverpool v Manchester City |
Memphis Depay / Joao Felix | Atletico Madrid v Barcelona |
Ben Chilwell / Alexander Isak | Chelsea v Newcastle |
Marius Wolf / Ansgar Knauff | Borussia Dortmund v Eintracht Frankfurt |
Alessandro Bastoni / Stanislav Lobotka | Inter v Napoli |
Leila Ouahabi / Nikita Parris | Manchester City v Manchester United |
Ellie Carpenter / Rosemonde Kouassi | Lyon v Fleury |
Romain Del Castillo / Benjamin Andre | Brest v Lille |
It's difficult to know quite how far EA will decide to stretch with these cards, as they'll likely be released in a staggered manner instead of one big drop on Friday, March 8 at 6PM GMT.
Huge upcoming games like Liverpool v Manchester City and Atletico Madrid v Barcelona are almost guaranteed inclusions though, and they will be certainly difficult to predict either way.
If you've got spare coins lying around, you could always complete both and hope for the best, but otherwise, you'll have to test your luck and prediction skills and hope that the card you completed does enough to earn the upgrade.
I also generally like going for the team I prefer between the two options - and there's no way I won't be completing any Liverpool SBC that comes along as a fan, especially if EA has boosted one of the fantastic groups of youth players that have starred this season like Bradley or Quansah.
I'll make sure to update this guide whenever each new Showndown is confirmed, but while you wait, check out our dedicated EA FC homepage, to stay up to date with your live cards on our RTTF and Fantasy trackers, and the cheapest 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, and 89 rated players on the market right now.
