The cheapest 85 rated players are some of the most bought players in all of EA FC, as they're useful for pretty much every single SBC that is released.
You can never go wrong with a few 85s, and they never tend to stray too far out of their expected price range. It's still as easy as ever to overspend if you're not careful though, and you'll regret any wasted coins when you're gearing up towards your next big purchase in the game.

85s are now at the lowest they have ever been in the game, this is largely because we are getting towards the end. Now, these cards will be used more for spins on special cards and to pad out some higher-rated squads.
Much like with the 83s and 84s, the price here seems to be settled for now. I'll still keep this page updated just in case there is a change, but I think it's unlikely.

Building an 85 rated squad in EA FC 24 Ultimate Team right now will cost you just under 33,000, which is an increase from an 84 rated squad, and will bump up the price slightly of any SBC.
