MW2’s Muddy Waters DMZ mission tasks you with finding and extracting the Crown Intel at the Ashika Power Plant. It is a tier-one faction mission for the Legion faction that rewards players with a tonne of XP and a blueprint for the X12.

Where to find the Crown Intel at the Ashika Power Plant in MW2 DMZ
The first step towards extraction of Crown Intel in MW2 DMZ is finding the Ashika Power Plant, which is located northwest of Tsuki Castle. The Power Plant serves as one of the strongholds in the game, so make sure you have a stronghold key card before you venture there. On top of that, it's highly recommended to collect extra plates before you arrive at the location.
Once you reach the Ashika Power Plant, be prepared for a strong enemy presence. The only known way to access the building is through the stronghold key card, which can be obtained by eliminating the guards stationed outside. Fortunately, the key card is not particularly rare and should drop within a few minutes of battle.
After obtaining the stronghold key card, enter the Power Plant. Remember, you'll encounter numerous enemies inside, so stay vigilant. The building consists of three different floors, and there may be hostile forces positioned above you. Make sure to clear out all enemies as you progress through the building.
Once you eliminate all the enemies, it's time to locate the Crown Intel. The Crown Intel is situated on the third floor, and you can reach there using either the staircase or a ladder. Finally, you can find the Crown Intel underneath a large desk near some Supply Caches.
