Destiny 2's Xur is a vendor of exotic items whose location and inventory change every weekend. Destiny 2 players love their exotic weapons and armour, with many character builds hinging on ensuring you have the right exotic weapon or piece of armour. Xur will sell you all kinds of exotic goods, provided you can pinpoint him on the game's map.

The trouble is, The Final Shape has given Xur a big shakeup. Here's everything we know for September 20 - 24, including his new location, reputation system, and more.

Where is Xur on September 20 - 24?

Before The Final Shape, Xur had three locations where he liked to appear; The Tower, The Winding Cove in the EDZ, and Watcher's Grave on Nessus. There is no rhyme or reason to his location, but he'd always be in one of them. Since Final Shape, however, he's popped up next to Cayde's favourite ramen shop, and Bungie has confirmed that's where we'll find him every week now.

What is Xur selling? Xur inventory September 20 - 24

Usually, Xur has a stock of exotic weapons and armour. Specifically, he had one exotic weapon, and one piece of exotic armour for each class. Now, it appears he's selling Catalysts, too, and multiple weapons spread across different areas and price ranges.

If what he's selling happens to be on our lists of best PvE weapons or best PvP weapons, then you should definitely consider picking it up.

He also consistently sells the Hawkmoon exotic hand cannon. Dead Man's Tale, however, must be earned through the Exotic Mission Rotator found as part of the Destiny 2 Weekly Reset. Look out for when the 'Presage' mission appears.

Exotic Class Item (41 Strange Coins)
Gwisin Vest (41 Strange Coins)
Mask of the Quiet One (41 Strange Coins)
Promethium Spur (41 Strange Coins)

Mask of the Quiet One is an easy recommendation with a huge 69 stat roll.

For his Strange Gear offers, he has the following for 23 Strange Coins:

Black Talon

As a nice surprise, he's selling Gjallarhorn - it's still one of the most fun weapons in the game, so I definitely recommend picking it up.

Legendary weapons & armour

Xur's new Inventory

Along with the exotic items, Xur has a stock of legendary items as well. These items are not necessarily as exciting as the exotics, but can be useful for filling out any gaps in your collection.

This week, Xur is selling the Sovereign armour set for all classes if you need it for your collection, but it'll set you back 17 Strange Coins per item in the set.
