Destiny 2 Traurermarsch is an exotic Sparrow that has just now become available. Destiny 2 is coming rapidly to the end of Season of the Haunted, and gearing up toward the next chapter of the story. While the plot of the season has largely wrapped up, it seems we have to have one last chat with a certain Emperor. In doing so, we can pick up the new exotic Sparrow, Destiny 2 Trauermarsch.
- There is another Destiny 1 raid returning in Destiny 2 next season, learn more in our Destiny 2 Season 18 raid guide.
Destiny 2 Trauermarsch: How To Get
This week is the final week of Season of the Haunted, and we are still yet to learn much at all about the season to come. This season's story has developed through the Sever missions, which saw us Guardians aiding some of Destiny 2's most troubled characters in facing their demons and overcoming their traumas. The story wrapped up a few weeks ago with the defeat of Calus, but clearly, things are left undone.
Now comes the final week of the season, and it seems Calus is not finished with us yet. Log in this week and you will be met with a message, someone wants to speak to you on the H.E.L.M. Make your way there and you will find it has fully descended into Egregore infestation.
Approach the desk and you will be met with a projection of Calus. Hear his little speech, disregard his threats, then head over to the Tower. Speak with Zavala about what happened, and you will be rewarded with both an Ascendant Shard and the Trauermarsch exotic Sparrow.
- Change is on the wind in Destiny 2, and a new Darkness subclass could be on the way. Here are all the clues we have found for a potential Destiny 2 Poison subclass.
Destiny 2 Trauermarsch Lore
As is generally the case nowadays with Sparrows in Destiny 2, there isn't much about the Trauermarsch that sets it apart from the others. Visually, yes it is entirely its own design, but under the hood, it is much the same as all Sparrows. In a way, this is a good thing. Choosing a Sparrow is almost entirely a cosmetic choice and up to you.
The Trauermarsch is a bit of a beefy boy, but no slower than your average Sparrow. If it appeals to you, you needn't worry about falling behind. There is of course the random perk, which could give you extra air control, shorter cooldown between summonings, or reload your weapons for you.
The Trauermarsch is effectively a free gift, so grab yours and try it out. If you're curious, Trauermarsch is German for 'Funeral March'. Let's just hope it isn't for ours.
That is everything you need to know to get yourself the Destiny 2 Trauermarsch exotic Sparrow. For more on the game, check out our guide to everything we know so far about Destiny 2 Arc 3.0.
