With Assassin's Creed: Mirage now here, you'll want to know how to get money fast in Baghdad to make your assassination jobs much easier and customize Basim's gear to your own liking.

Assassin's Creed: Mirage brings the AC franchise back to basics, meaning many players may be unfamiliar with the returning mechanics or new features that feel right at home with the older action-adventure style.

Getting money is still an important aspect of being a Hidden One in the game, but the ways you acquire money are different than in more recent AC games. So, check out how to get money fast in Assassin's Creed: Mirage and enjoy going on a spending spree.

How to get money fast in Assassin's Creed: Mirage

There are several core ways to get money in Assassin's Creed: Mirage, including pickpocketing, selling trinkets, completing contracts, or looting chests

The game is fairly liberal with giving you money (called Dirham), meaning you'll naturally become wealthy fairly quickly from doing all of the things highlighted above. However, you can employ some strategies to get money much quicker.

selling trinkets to a vendor, one of the best ways to get money fast in Assassin's Creed: Mirage

The best ways to get money fast in Assassin's Creed: Mirage is to pickpocket NPCs in busy areas like markets. You'll not only gain Dirham from doing this, but it also rewards you with trinkets that can be sold to merchants for even more cash.

After spending less than 10 minutes in the starting Harbiyah region of Baghdad, picking the pockets of anyone I could find, I sold all the trinkets I got to a merchant for over 250 Dirham.

Repeating this process can net you thousands within an hour, meaning you'll have more than enough to purchase whatever you need.

Things like completing contracts or looting chests take much longer on average, even though they net you more money in one lump sum. So, if you want to just farm money in AC Mirage, we recommend solely pickpocketing and selling trinkets.

It's also a good idea to learn how to keep your money in Assassin's Creed: Mirage once you've got it. You'll be spending most of your money at vendors to get upgrade components, or things like new costumes and dyes, but you can save a little money too.

By spending a Merchant Favor Token, you can get a 10% discount at a vendor, allowing you to purchase whatever you need while saving some. Simply head to any Merchant Vendor in the game to spend a Merchant Token.

Over the course of the game, your savings will add up, allowing you to get even more stuff and spend less time farming Dirham.
