Though some of his business ventures have been less successful than his YouTuber counterparts, Jimmy "MrBeast" Donaldson has still remained on top when it comes to the money that influencers are making on the platform.
Although he's created Feastables and crafted immense experiences on his main channel, they pail in comparison to the money he makes with his secondary channels - even transforming that money into good on his YouTube channel dedicated purely to philanthropy.
MrBeast is a real titan of the YouTube space, and he's got the bank account to prove it. But now, it looks like his relationship with one of his businesses has turned sour.
MrBeast is suing MrBeast Burger
MrBeast Burger is (well, was) the fast food establishment that Donaldson brought around the globe via a multitude of ghost kitchens. However, it's now in the firing line of their namesake, as he's gearing up to sue the company behind it.
According to Bloomberg, MrBeast is suing Virtual Dining, as he alleges its food was "disgusting" and "inedible," as well as accusations the company cared more about a quick turnaround and appealing to celebrities than making quality food.
He also suggests that Virtual Dining has used his likeness and registered trademarks without his permission, as well as claiming that his company hasn't been paid any money for it.
MrBeast Burger has "caused material, irreparable harm" to MrBeast
The actual lawsuit filing, that was offered yesterday, claims that "MrBeast Burger has been regarded as a misleading, poor reflection of the MrBeast brand," and it adds that the company "has caused material, irreparable harm to the MrBeast brand and MrBeast's reputation."
It comes not long after MrBeast seemingly pulled the plug on MrBeast Burger and apologised to those who've been unimpressed with subpar offerings. This is clear enough after Donaldson's apology about the quality of the food on Twitter last month - but in the meantime, it looks like it's going to take legal proceedings to pinch the company off.
