It's been a long time coming, but Monster Hunter Wilds will finally follow on from 2018's World when it lands on February 28, 2025.
Promising dynamic weather and a huge open-world environment, it's certainly ambitious - but PC players might want to start saving to upgrade their rig.
PC players are worried about Monster Hunter Wilds
Yeah, my PC is cooked.

Over on the Monster Hunter subreddit, fans are a little concerned that their PCs won't be up to the task of running Wilds.
While some said they'll wait for a potential demo before jumping to conclusions, others are fearful of how it'll run on gaming laptops. Ohers have suggested the RE Engine, which powers everything from Resident Evil to the Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster could be showing its age.
"I fear my 1070ti won’t survive," one Hunter said, while another suggested "Cooked is an understatement. Burnt beyond recognition." Indeed, Monster Hunter Wilds' Steam Page paints a worrying picture for anyone using an older PC.
The game's minimum requirements involve 16GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660/AMD Radeon RX 5600, but Capcom recommends a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super, NVIDIA GeForce® RTX 4060 or AMD Radeon™ RX 6700XT.
Some players are worried that console gamers will struggle to run it at a decent frame rate, while others have pointed to Capcom's Dragon's Dogma 2 - a very good game that offered disappointing performance on PC.
