Fortnite's Fortune Treasure Hours land in Battle Royale tonight (November 7), and if you're in the UK the first two-hour window runs from 7pm to 9pm, so there's plenty of time to round up the squad and get the controller charged.
Epic's official Treasure Hunters season post says Treasure Hours will run every Saturday throughout the season, adding Captain's weapons to the start of every match along with boosted drops. Both GameRant and Beebom report that this week's edition hands every player A$AP Rocky's Shock Rocket and a Self Revive the moment they drop in.
Rockets at teatime, and again at 2am
If 7pm clashes with your Saturday plans, there's a second window from 9pm to 11pm Eastern Time, which works out at a far less sociable 2am to 4am UK time on Sunday morning now that the US clocks have gone back and the usual five-hour gap has returned.
GameRant also reports that Fortune Sprite drop rates are being boosted during both windows and that Portable Extractors will drop from chests, so it's a good chance to stock up on the season's Sprites while everyone else is busy launching rockets at each other.
The big question is whether the boosted drops also cover the Pirate Shop Access Token, the rare Treasure Hunt reward that VGC says makes every V-Bucks item in the Item Shop free for 14 days once you activate it. Epic hasn't confirmed that it does, though, so treat any claims of better token odds tonight as wishful thinking for now.
If you can't make either window, Sunday (November 8) is the season's next Captain's Day, when Lil Uzi Vert arrives in Battle Royale with new weapons and Sprites. Epic's season post also has Zoro, Sanji and the Chopper Sidekick landing in the Item Shop today for anyone who'd rather spend their Saturday on cosmetics.
It's a busy few weeks for Fortnite in general, with the season wrapping up with a Chapter 7 end event on Saturday, December 5, and the Crew subscription swapping its monthly skins for extra V-Bucks the same day, which we've covered in our Fortnite Crew changes piece.
Well, it's one way to make sure your Saturday night goes off with a bang.
