A Starfield fan has made (almost) all of the cube-shaped foods from the Starfield Chunks menu in real life.
Chunks is a brand of food products in the Settled Systems which sees usually innocuous foods like mashed potatoes and cheesecake turned into rather unappetising foods.
One Twitch streamer has somehow managed to take these nutritious blocks and turn them into something that has us thinking Chunks might actually be onto something.
A Twitch streamer has made almost all of the types of Chunk
Twitch partner KatOfWhimsy took to Twitter on 22 September to share her cuboid creations, with everything from a clump of mashed potato to a rather gelatinous looking Cabernet Rouge.
"Here it is: (almost) everything from the Starfield Chunks menu!" she said on Twitter, before following up in a comment, saying: "now to figure out how to grow apples overnight..."
The full Chunks menu is varied, containing 10 dishes and two drinks. Of the full list, Kat made: baked potato, poached egg, grilled chicken, Mongolian beef, secret sauce, cheesesteak, pumpkin pie, red cheesecake, chocolate, Cola Zero, and Cabernet Rouge.
The only item missing on the menu is the Chunks apple.
Despite the rather unusual appearance of the foods, Kat has definitely made them look appealing.
Ever wondered what's inside Chunks?
Taking her creations one step further, Kat of Whimsy satisfied her audience's curiosity by showing them exactly what the unusual foods look like on the inside.
Baked potato looks particularly delicious, filled with potato, sour cream, cheese and chives.
Seeing people have fun outside of their gaming experience really goes to show the impact that a good game can have on us. It is safe to say that, while I never expected to say this, I would try Chunks if they were on the menu.
I think a Starfield cookbook may be in the works sooner or later.
